Additionally, they are up nearly 12% in cash dollars and<br \/>\n13.2% in cash donors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">\nDeal explained that with gift officers traveling again, having targeted<br \/>\nlists allowed him to optimize their activities and ultimately boost overall<br \/>\nfundraising effectiveness. Fundraiser Performance Management has helped<br \/>\ngift officers determine which donors should be visited versus cold calling.<br \/>\n\u201cAnd we\u2019re no longer calling on people that don\u2019t have a capacity identified,\u201d<br \/>\nDeal added.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"wysiwyg wysiwyg-white white-bg\" id=\"wysiwyg-block_a268eb76d03d9e222fc1d3e9318bec31\">\n            <h3>Improving Fundraising Performance with<br \/>\nStrategic Guidance from Dedicated Consultants<\/h3>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">Blackbaud\u2019s strategic consultants partner with organizations to review their<br \/>\nstrategic goals, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations<br \/>\nto enhance overall fundraising performance. pipeline. \u201cOur consultant<br \/>\nhelped me realize I needed to completely redefine all our major gift officer<br \/>\npolicies to build consistency with data,\u201d said Deal. \u201cWe want the data to be<br \/>\nuseful and accurate, and because of our consultant, we\u2019re one step closer to<br \/>\naccomplishing just that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">\nWhile VMI Alumni Agencies
