It provides philanthropic support for West Tennessee Healthcare and its 18-county\r\nservice area.\r\nWe asked the Foundation how the adoption of Blackbaud\r\nRaiser\u2019s Edge NXT and Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT helped\r\nthem further their mission. Here\u2019s what Chief Financial Officer\r\nStephanie Fowler, Donor Services Associate Haley Wildridge, and\r\nCommunity Outreach Associate Rebecca Creasy had to say:    <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"wysiwyg wysiwyg-white white-bg\" id=\"wysiwyg-block_57456cb09ddabfafd31b3d26cbe1c1c9\">\n            <h3>Q: What aspects of Blackbaud Raiser\u2019s Edge NXT do you find most valuable for fundraising and relationship management?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">A: Since transitioning to Blackbaud Raiser\u2019s Edge NXT as our sole database,<br \/>\nwe are focusing on the health of our data throughout the system and<br \/>\nexploring new ways to utilize Blackbaud Raiser\u2019s Edge NXT for day-to-day<br \/>\nprocesses. With the resources offered in Blackbaud Raiser\u2019s Edge NXT, we<br \/>\nhave merged thousands of duplicate profiles, updated deceased records, and<br \/>\nverified addresses<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">This cleanup has allowed us to use different tools more efficiently in<br \/>\nBlackbaud Raiser\u2019s Edge NXT, like email. We have added accurate and helpful<br \/>\ninformation in constituent records, from constituent codes to relationships<br \/>\nand more. This information allows us to easily create constituent lists for<br \/>\nvital online communication with our different constituents, such as board<br \/>\nmembers, fund representatives, and donors. In addition to the ease of<br \/>\ncreating email recipient lists, the email is recorded on the constituent<br \/>\nrecord automatically, which is beneficial to our focus on more accurate<br \/>\ndata tracking. We are also able to use this information to send birthday and<br \/>\nanniversary cards, flowers, or other gifts to recognize moments and create a<br \/>\nmore personal connection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">Another huge advantage of Blackbaud Raiser\u2019s Edge NXT has been our ability<br \/>\nto eliminate duplicate data entry and create more efficient processes. We<br \/>\neliminated our use of Excel in tracking tribute information for honorarium<br \/>\nand memorial gifts by entering the tribute information directly on the gift<br \/>\nrecord. This new process is a key part of data tracking because memorial<br \/>\nand honorarium gifts are important to donors and with information readily<br \/>\navailable, our communication with the donor is positively impacted.<\/p>\n<h3>Q: What aspects of Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT do you find most valuable?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">A: Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT allows us to access information more<br \/>\nefficiently. With one or two clicks, we can see vendor history, fund balance<br \/>\ninformation, payment attachments, and much more. Blackbaud Financial Edge<br \/>\nNXT is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Before the switch to Blackbaud<br \/>\nFinancial Edge NXT, the finance staff would run separate reports for this<br \/>\ninformation, but now all users are able to find what they need.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT has also given us the ability to start using new<br \/>\ntools. Expense Management along with Blackbaud Purchase Cards have been<br \/>\na huge benefit to staff and our internal and external fund representatives.<br \/>\nOur reimbursement process previously involved the use of a personal credit<br \/>\ncard and a longer turnaround time for approval and reimbursement. Now,<br \/>\nwe can use the purchasing card, seamlessly record the transaction, and then<br \/>\nelectronically approve instantaneously.<\/p>\n<h3>Q: What are the benefits that you\u2019ve experienced in using these solutions together?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">A: We would not be able to function without the reliability provided by using<br \/>\nBlackbaud Raiser\u2019s Edge NXT and Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT together. The<br \/>\nintegration of these solutions creates trust in reporting and data tracking. The<br \/>\ndevelopment staff and the finance staff can directly work together when issues<br \/>\nof reconciliation occur and be confident in pulling information independently<br \/>\nbecause they know that the correct information is in both systems.<\/p>\n<h3>Q: How are these solutions helping you raise more money for your campaigns?<\/h3>\n<p class=\"body-small body-medium\">A: As we navigate the launch of WE CARE, our new employee giving campaign,<br \/>\nBlackbaud Raiser\u2019s Edge NXT has been beneficial in tracking campaign progress, communication, and cultivation to help us raise funds more efficiently.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-small body-medium\">Accurate reporting to hospital administration and employees is essential to<br \/>\ncontinue growing the campaign. Blackbaud Raiser\u2019s Edge NXT provides us with<br \/>\nthe tools to maintain detailed gift records, create custom reports, and utilize<br \/>\nexports to accomplish this. For example, we used data from our WE CARE<br \/>\ngift records to build an export showing participation by hospital department.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-small body-medium\">After evaluating the information, we reached out to departments with lower<br \/>\nparticipation and gave them more information about the campaign.<br \/>\nStewardship is also a huge factor in raising more money for the WE CARE<br \/>\ncampaign, and Blackbaud Raiser\u2019s Edge NXT allows us to record those actions<br \/>\non donor records.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n<\/div>\n                                    <div
