&#038; Foundation\r\n(USNA AA&#038;F) are two independent, not-for-profit corporations\r\noperating as a fully integrated organization in support of the\r\nNaval Academy and its mission. The organization\u2019s focus and\r\ncore competencies are engagement and philanthropy in pursuit of complementary and closely aligned missions.    <\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"wysiwyg wysiwyg-white white-bg\" id=\"wysiwyg-block_a568ea990a05b7ac394347b6efac7360\">\n            <p class=\"body-medium\">With a primary focus on engagement, the Alumni Association promotes informed advocacy for today\u2019s Naval Academy and Brigade of Midshipmen among its many constituents\u2014alumni, parents and friends. The Association, governed by the Board of Trustees, keeps its more than 60,000 members informed through a network of 101 chapters around the world, about 76 active class organizations, and 80 parent clubs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">Prior to deploying Blackbaud CRM\u00ae, USNA AA&amp;F had a legacy fundraising management system that lacked the flexibility to fit their unique needs and was approaching end-of-life. To address these challenges, the organization selected Blackbaud CRM to improve constituent engagement and fundraising outcomes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">USNA AA&amp;F partnered with Blackbaud to examine the return on investment (ROI) USNA AA&amp;F realized by deploying Blackbaud CRM. The organization simplified its formerly time-consuming processes through increased efficiencies.<br \/>\n\u2713 $593,000 of maintenance and custom application costs avoided.<br \/>\nThe organization decommissioned its legacy fundraising<br \/>\nmanagement system.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">By leveraging included analytics capabilities, USNA AA&amp;F is now<br \/>\nconducting faster and higher quality analysis on donors and prospects that<br \/>\nis informing their solicitation strategies. With cleaner data, their annual<br \/>\ngiving team and major gift officers can more accurately determine who they<br \/>\nshould be targeting and for which specific asks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body-medium\">\nThe integration with Blackbaud Internet Solutions has been instrumental in<br \/>\nthe success USNA AA&amp;F has achieved.
