The recipients of this prestigious award are recognized for providing best-in-class health and wellness initiatives for their employees, and for promoting a culture of health and well-being throughout the organization.<\/p>\n<p>Blackbaud chose to work with Marquee Health to implement a wellness program aligned with our commitment to global inclusivity, recognizing that employee well-being is a fundamental need for everyone. Now in our third year of the partnership, we are able to provide a comprehensive wellness program and aim to foster a supportive environment that caters to the diverse health and wellness needs of our global workforce.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re so proud of this recognition, which acknowledges our unwavering commitment to the well-being of our employees,\u201d said Margaret \u201cMaggie\u201d Driscoll, chief people and culture officer, Blackbaud. \u201cWe believe that supporting our team in all aspects of their health creates a thriving work environment where everyone can perform at their best, and our partnership with Marquee Health has helped us make substantial progress toward our goals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Over 2,000 companies of all sizes utilizing Marquee Health programs were evaluated on specific metrics, and only 29 organizations were recognized as awardees. Award winners were selected based on 2024 wellness program data and received an aggregate score in four categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Being an Impact Player: Program Engagement<\/li>\n<li>Total Well-being Support: Five Pillars of Wellbeing &amp; Benefit Integration<\/li>\n<li>Strong Leadership Support and Participation<\/li>\n<li>Improvements in Clinical Outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blackbaud prioritizes the well-being of its employees, centered around five pillars: physical, financial, emotional, social and intellectual well-being, promoting a balanced lifestyle. Blackbaud provides benefits that support employees at every life stage. This support helps employees be their best, which enriches the employee experience, boosts morale, fosters a positive and fulfilling work environment, and ultimately contributes to our customers\u2019 success.<\/p>\n<p>Our wellness catalog and global well-being support center offer self-paced learning resources for total well-being. Employees can join the \u201cDid You Know\u201d Series on preventative care, dental and vision health, and heart health, led by the benefits team and guest speakers. Quarterly financial fitness sessions and live emotional well-being seminars are also available. Wellness challenges with prizes encourage physical activity, nutrition, hydration and sleep.
